Bobcat Sighted in Southbury
Bobcat seen several times in the North Poverty Rd. area of Southbury.
A Southbury resident was greeted by an unwelcome trespasser when he looked out his window in the early morning hours on Saturday Feb. 4.
Cameron Evans, of Southbury, witnessed a bobcat, which appears to be nearly full-grown, roaming around the backyard of his North Poverty Rd. home.
It was the first occasion Evans had witnessed the oversized houseguest, but neighboring residents have reportedly seen the same bobcat several times in recent weeks.
