Southbury Man Charged With Assault, Risk of Injury to Minor
The following arrest information was supplied by the Southbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Paul Bucciarelli, 49, of Southbury was charged with risk of injury to a minor, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and breach of peace on April 24 at approximately 10:58 a.m.
According to police, Bucciarelli was charged with breach of peace for a domestic violence incident that occurred on Main Street North in Southbury. Bucciarelli posted bail and appeared at Waterbury Superior Court the following day.
When Bucciarelli was awaiting arraignment at court he was arrested on several additional charges, including assault and risk of injury to a minor related to an incident that occurred on April 21.

Bucciarelli was released by police to the custody of the Judicial Marshal’s office to make his court appearance.
