Chase Collegiate Announces Language Society Inductees

Southbury residents and juniors at Chase Collgiate School, Daniel O'Neill and Laura Iliescu, were among seventeen students recognized for their outstanding accomplishments in the study of foreign language at the school’s annual National Foreign Language Induction Ceremony. These students have distinguished themselves in their respective foreign language programs, including maintaining an average of 90 in their language for at least two years.

O'Neill and Illiescu were two of eight students inducted into La Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica.  Six students were inducted into the French National Honor Society and three students were inducted into the National Junior Classical League (Latin) Honor Society.

An academic cornerstone of Chase Collegiate School is foreign language instruction, which begins in pre-Kindergarten. Chase Collegiate School is co-ed day school in the classic independent school tradition with students from pre-K3 through grade 12.

Thank you for that advertisement cloaked in concern. Staples reward program stinks and is loadedRead More with loopholes. Further, their prices are already 10-20% higher than discount retailers, so the measly 5% discount is ridiculous. I live 2 miles from the Southbury Staples, but drive to Danbury Walmart or dollar stores to purchase items for my classroom.
