Pomperaug Lacrosse players of all age groups and their families will be hosting their 3rd annual Food Drive to help the Southbury Food Bank. The Food Drive will occur at Rochambeau Middle School on Saturday March 9th between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. Please stop by to support this important cause.

Pomperaug Lacrosse is proud to announce our third annual Food Drive! We ask all members of the community to make donations to help fill the shelves of the Southbury Food Bank by donating an item from the list supplied below.
Items that will not be accepted:
- Unlabeled or dented
- Any open packaging
- Products that need to be refrigerated
- Homemade foods
- Expired products
Below is a list of items that are needed most at the Food Bank:
- Coffee
- Canned Fruit (all)
- Boxed & Canned Potatoes
- Peas, Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans) and Cannellini Beans
- Beef Soups & Beef Stew
- Broth (Beef & Chicken)
- Chowders
- Canned Meat (All)
- Cereal
- Canned Pasta (Spaghettios/Ravioli)
- Pasta Sauce
- Peanut Butter & Jelly
- Personal Care items: Shampoo, Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, Deodorant, Feminine Products, Shaving Cream, Razors and Hairbrushes
