Four town parks in Southbury now allow dogs: Platt Park, 550 Flood Bridge Road; Janie Pierce Park, 200 Transylvania Road; Shortt’s Field Connector, accessed from Janie Pierce Park and Bates Rock Ridge Park, 420 Patriot Road.
The Conservation Commission voted to allow dogs in specific town parks as of November 21.

All dogs must be on a leash.
Dogs are not allowed in any other parks in town at this time, with the exception of the dog park on Roxbury Road.
