If You Like Apples, You'll Love This Southbury Festival

South Britain Congregational Church will host its 20th annual Apple Festival on Saturday.

At its core, this festival is all about apples. But in the past 19 years South Britain Congregational Church's Apple Festival has become much more than that.

The annual event is a celebration of community, of the fall season, of food and unique finds, and it's just a downright family-friendly fun time!

And this year, the 20th annual apple festival will take place on:

  • Date: Saturday, Sept 21 (rain or shine)
  • Time: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Address: South Britain Congregational Church, 693 South Britain Road, Southbury

"Bring the family, & your appetites, to enjoy home-made apple pies and other baked goods, a country store, rummage and white elephant sales, kid’s world, vintage jewelry, a book sale, a luncheon, silent auction, children's activities, musical entertainment, free parking and much more," writes Sue Wilson in an announcement in the Community Conversation section.
