2012 BentFest at Audubon Center at Bent of the River

BENT FEST at Audubon Center Bent of the River, Saturday, Sept. 15, 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Rain or Shine.

Family festival with live music by the blue grass band Wild Goose Nation, picnicking in the meadow, river and nature walks, local food vendors, kids’ activities, bird watching, raffle prizes and more. Cost is $10/adult over age 18 and $20/family. “BentFest” will be held rain or shine 4:00 to 8:00 PM.

Sponsors are Senor Pancho’s and Nardelli’s Grinder Shoppe in Southbury. No pets permitted. The Audubon Center is located in the Southbury hamlet of South Britain, off Route 172 at 185 East Flat Hill Road, 0.3 miles from corner of General Store and South Britain Congregational Church.
