GOP Harvest Fest: Meet the Candidates and Take a Hayride

Republican candidates will be available to meet residents at a fall festival on Oct. 23 that also feature food and drink, hayrides, music and face painting.

The event is sponsored by the Southbury Republican Town Committee (SRTC) and will be held at the Fire House from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.  Tickets are $25, children under 12 get in free.  Checks can be made out to the SRTC, P.O. Box 315, Southbury, CT  06488.

Reserve your tickets by Oct. 13 by going on line at Southburyrepublicans.org and checking the listing under RTC events.  Tickets can be purchased thru PayPal or by check and will be available at the door.  Event will be held Rain or Shine.

SRTC is able to confirm that the following candidates will appear at 3 p.m. at the Harvest Fest, Southbury Fire House. The Fest will run until 6 p.m. Appearing will be: Linda McMahon, Candidate for US Senate, Sam Caliguiri, Candidate for US Congress, Mark Boughton, Candidate for Lieutenant Governor (also representing Tom Foley, Candidate for Governor), Martha Dean, Candidate for Connecticut Attorney General, Rob Cane, State Senator, Arthur O'Neill and David LaBriola, State Representatives and Dom Calabrese, Candidate for Judge of Probate.
