Rober Reiss transferred the property to National Residential Nominee Services, Inc, a relocation firm, for $369,900, with the government due $1,849.50 for the sale.  The firm then transferred the property to Leonard and Jennifer Groves for $369,900, but no tax, since it had been paid during the initial transfer.

John and Tamara Critell transferred the property to John and Bernadette Roth for $521,800.  The government is due $2,609 for the sale.

John and Robert Jasensky transferred the property to Carol Lang for $68,000.  The government is due $340 for the sale.
