“We are very excited about bringing our products to new markets in the coming months," owner Dave Rich stated in a news release submitted to Oxford Patch Monday afternoon.

Dave Rich and his wife, Dawn, have been operating Rich Farm Ice Cream on what is known as Ajello’s Farm at 691 Oxford Road, Route 67, since 1994. Since then, they have won numerous awards, including being voted Connecticut’s best ice cream by readers of Connecticut Magazine. All of the ice cream is made fresh daily on the farm. In addition, Rich Farm Ice Cream also serves a full selection of frozen yogurt, Italian ice, ice cream cakes and sandwiches, as well as soft serve ice cream.
