The unthinkable has occurred: a week without sale in Heritage Village. Thee homes sold in Southbury between July 5 and July 11, all four-bedroom colonials. For interest, we also included a condo in the Woodlake community in Woodbury. This drop in sales from the previous week could reflect an impact of the holiday weekend on the scheduling of closings. Will more homes sell next week? We’ll have to wait and see.
