2 bed, 2 bath condo changes hands in Southbury.

The following property transfer was recorded by the Southbury Town Clerk's Office.

1/13
John Geheran transferred the property at 832A Heritage Village in Southbury to Judith Selkir for $185,000. The conveyance tax was $1,387.
