Heritage Village Condo Sells for $230K

2 bed, 2 bath condo changes hands in Southbury.

The following property transfer was recorded by the Southbury Town Clerk's Office.

Kathryn Houlihan transferred the property at 783A Heritage Village in Southbury to Thomas Siwak for $230,000. The conveyance tax was $1,725.
