Nod Hill Road Home Sells for $347K

4 bed, 2.5 bath home changes hands in Southbury.

The following property transfer was recorded by the Southbury Town Clerk's Office.

12/14
Todd Grega transferred the property at 136 Nod Hill Road in Southbury to Jeffrey Preston for $347,000. The conveyance tax was $2,602.
