Old Poverty Road Home Sells for $270K

2 bed, 1 bath home changes hands in Sothbury.

The following property transfer was recorded by the Southbury Town Clerk's Office.

12/12
Frances Perkins transferred the property at 146 Old Poverty Road in Southbury to MetLife Bank for $270,289. There was no conveyance tax.
