Westenhook Terrace Land Sells for $265K

1.7 acres of land changes hands in Southbury.

The following property transfer was recorded by the Southbury Town Clerk's Office.

Martino Construction Co., LLC transferred the land at 241 Westenhook Terrace in Southbury to Sabit and Arta Vrzivoli for $265,000. The conveyance tax was $1,987.
