A space in the building also occupied by D Yo Frozen Yogurt, Southbury School of Performing Arts, Kneading Hands Yoga & Massage, and Superior Cleaners has a medium size open space designated for reatil purposes.
In a slightly larger space in the building adjacent to this vacancy Patch users said they’d like to see a bookstore, Trader Joe’s or a restaurant. This space is more than likely too small to accommodate a grocery store or restaurant, but still has plenty of potential.
Obviously, factors such as local zoning laws will have a say in what goes in the property next, but let's suspend reality for a while. What would you like to see there? Share your ideas in the comments!
