Accepted insurance: Medicare (Part B); ConnectiCare; Aetna, and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Must bring insurance card to the clinic. Persons with other health insurance must pay with cash, check, or credit card. Please note that United Healthcare and other insurance cannot be accepted. Children between the ages of 6-59 months who are uninsured or on HUSKY can receive the flu vaccine at no cost. Children aged 5–18 years who are uninsured or on HUSKY may receive the flu vaccine for $10.00. No one will be turned away because of inability to pay.
