Meditation in Chairs
Feb 23 Saturday Noon to 2pm
March 12 Tuesday 6: 30-7:45
April 27 Saturday Noon to 2pm
at the Southbury Public Library. The meeting rooms on the first floor to the right when one first walks in. The meetings are free - come to one or a few.
We sit in chairs, so no special equipment or clothing -
Tight waisted pants are a little challenging, wear your looser ones.
You can bring any interested friends.
We welcome adults and teens.
Good for beginners and experienced beginners.
We sit. We breath. It is surprisingly fun. Calming or Energizing. Let your breath bring you what you need: Focus or Flexibility, Healing or Encouragement.
