Eight Mile Brook restaurant at the Heritage Hotel Golf Spa and Conference Center plays host every Sunday to a culinary feast known modestly as Sunday Brunch. The brunch takes place in the beautiful Eight Mile Brook amidst its rustic wood beams, vaulted ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows, fireplace and baby grand piano. The meal is served buffet style and anchored by a chef manned omelet and prime rib carving station. Its offerings include fresh fruit, roasted vegetables, salad greens, roasted potatoes, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, French toast, shrimp, dinner entrees, pastries, cakes and pies.
