Tactical Performance Training for First Responders

NYA is offering a two-day workshop focusing on Tactical Performance Training for First Responders open to all police officers, firefighters and emergency medical technicians. The event takes place on Friday, June 20 from 5-9 p.m. and Saturday, June from 8 a.m - 12 noon and 1 p.m.- 5 p.m. 

Gain a better understanding of the different exercise needs, health and fitness strategies, learn how to be pain-free while in action, learn new performance movements and workout plans that meet first responders unique job tasks and work duties. The workshop will be facilitated by tactical strength and conditioning coaches Mark Roozen and John Hofman.

The fee per participant is $20 for all three sessions.
