Monday, Nov. 11 is a federal holiday in observance of Veterans Day. State and local government offices are closed but many retail businesses will remain open.

- Southbury Library: Closed
- Banks: Closed, with the exception of TD Bank locations, which are open on Veterans Day
- U.S. Post Offices: Closed
- State Government Offices: Closed
- State courts: Closed
- Region 15 Schools: Open
- Liquor stores: Open
- Supermarkets: Open
- Retail stores: Open
- Restaurants: Most on the usual Monday schedule
