Food & Fun at Dickinson Park Summer Concert

Through a collaboration between the Newtown Chamber of Commerce and the Newtown Parks & Rec Department, a free summer concert and barbeque is being held for the community on Thursday, July 24th from 6:30 to 8:30pm at Dickinson Memorial Park Band Shell located at 50 Elm Drive, Newtown.

This special event is being offered as part of the 6th Annual Summer Concert Series sponsored by Newtown Savings Bank. There is no cost for this event and it is open for all ages. Attendees are invited to bring a lawn chair or blanket and purchase food provided by Bucher’s Best Country Market, a local, antibiotic-free, hormone-free eatery. Classic barbeque food will include burgers, hot dogs, chips, watermelon, soft drinks, and water.
