Poor Reporting By The Media

It has been reported by local news that the charges have been dropped on Cornucopia Bed and Breakfast. Yet the reporter fails to report that the Zoning commission was unhappy that the legal opinion that was requested by the commission has taken so long. It is interesting that the town attorney did not give his legal opinion. What is up with this. One would think that in all fairness to the Edelsons and to the voters of the town of SOUTHBURY the attorney would have done this in a timely matter. How many months does it take to get an opinion? Something smells fishy here. You would think that reporters would look into why this took so long.But then again if you were not at the meeting and the meeting was not recorded. Well what can readers expect. Perhaps there should be an opinion by an outside attorney instead of the town attorney. Swept under the rug until after the election? What is the real story here.
