16-Year-Old Cited in Southbury Accident

The other driver suffered a minor arm injury.

A 16-year-old driver was determined to be at fault for a motor vehicle accident that led to the driver of the other car to have a minor arm injury, the Waterbury Republican-American reports. 
The two car crash occurred Wednesday morning on Route 188, police said. Both vehicles suffered significant damage, the Republican-American reports. 
The 16-year-old driver was also issued an infraction for having another 16-year-old in the car, which is against the law.
