Kevin Fitzgerald, 54, of Heritage Village, and Arthur Lipani, 63, of Bacon Pond Road in Woodbury, were each charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault.
Police tell the Republican-American that both men allegedly got into a fight where their cars almost collided near the country club, which triggered an argument and Lipani allegedly pushed Fitzgerald to the ground and he hit his head.
