Man Charged in Southbury Robbery, Car Found in Ditch

The following arrest information was supplied by the Southbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Andrew Rousseau, 23, of Danbury, was charged with DUI, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and traveling unreasonably fast for conditions on Nov.9 at approximately 1:57 a.m. after police observed him driving erratically on Route 172 in Southbury.

Rousseau was released on $1,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 21.

Carlton Rohlfing, 22, of Southbury was charged with DUI, unsafe move to the right and operating a motor vehicle with no insurance on Nov. 11 at approximately 4:48 a.m. after police found a vehicle in a ditch on the side of Old Waterbury Rd. in Southbury.

Rohlfing was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 21.

Wayne Conroy, 43, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and criminal trespassing on Nov. 9 at approximately 10 a.m.

According to police, Conroy was arrested on a warrant for an incident on September 27 when a robbery was interrupted at a Southbury business.

Conroy was detained and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 9.
