Multiple DWIs, Clothing Stolen at Southbury Plaza

The following arrest information was supplied by the Southbury police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Hawaiian Shirts Stolen

Several items of clothing were stolen from a Southbury Plaza business last week.

According to police reports, five short sleeve Hawaiian shirts were stolen off an outdoor clearance rack in front of Ken’s Custom Tailors on Friday, June 29 sometime between 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Christina Thompson, 25, of Oxford, was charged with DWI and failure to drive to the right when she was observed driving erratically on Rt. 188 near Bristol Town Rd. in Southbury on Saturday, June 30 at approximately 2:18 a.m.

Thompson was released on $750 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on July 11.

Ronald Behrle, 21, of Derby, was charged with reckless driving, DWI and failure to drive to the right when he was observed driving over 90 mph on Rt. 188 near Bridal Path Rd. in Southbury on Sunday, July 1 at approximately 3:29 a.m.

Behrle was released on $750 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on July 17.

Daniel Patton, 35, of Danbury, was charged with DWI and failure to drive in the proper lane when he was observed driving erratically on I-84 west near Exit 14 in Southbury on Sunday, July 1 at approximately 2:34 a.m.

Patton was released on $750 surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on July 10.
