Multiple DWIs, Southbury Health Care Center Vandalized
The following arrest information was supplied by the Southbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
William Gallo, 20, of Southbury, was charged with DWI, failure to drive to the right, operating with a suspended license and possession of alcohol by a minor on Jan. 21 at approximately 1:52 a.m. after Southbury police observed him driving erratically on Rt. 172 in Southbury.
Gallo was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 30.

Jonatan Cevallos-dutan, 21, of Waterbury, was charged with DWI on Jan. 20 at approximately 3:03 a.m. after Southbury police observed him driving erratically and at a high rate of speed near Exit 16 of I-84 East in Southbury.
Cevallos-dutan was released on $500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 30.

Yellow paint was smeared on walls, windows and doors of the River Glen Health Care Center, 162 South Britain Rd. in Southbury, sometime on Jan. 16 or Jan. 17.
