A 32-year-old Southbury man was arrested for driving under the influence after an officer reportedly saw him run through a stop sign.
Police said Scott MacDougall, of Bullet Hill Road, was riding a motorcycle at 11:23 p.m. on Sept. 23, when he nearly fell while stopped at a Bagley Road intersection.
An officer initiated a stop and said that MacDougall appeared intoxicated, according to the police report. MacDougall was also issued infraction tickets for a stop sign violation and operating a motorcycle without a license.
He was released on a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 2.
