There have been a lot of thefts lately from shopping center parking lots. In these days when it seems everything is subject to surveillance - do the shopping center owners have surveillance cameras installed? If they do, they might want to put up signs indicating surveillance which might act as a deterrent. How about shopping centers providing an on-site security person ?
