Woman Steals Bras From Southbury Victoria's Secret, Elderly Man Damages Neighbor's Car

Woman Steals Bras From Victoria’s Secret

Tarria Lewis, 30, of New Britain was charged with fifth-degree larceny on Wednesday, Oct. 3 at approximately 12:46 p.m.

According to police, Lewis was arrested for taking 20 bras from Victoria’s Secret. The value of the stolen merchandise was $919.

Lewis was released on $500 surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Oct. 10.

Unknown Woman Nabs Bottle of Vodka

An unidentified woman entered Warehouse Wine & Liquors on Wednesday, Oct. 3 at approximately 4 p.m. and stole a bottle of alcohol.

Elderly Man Damages Neighbor’s Car

Thomas Mastin, 76, of Heritage Village, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief on Wednesday, Oct. 3 at approximately 2:44 p.m.

According to police, Mastin was arrested on a warrant stemming from an investigation that began last month after a neighbor complained he intentionally damaged her car door.

Mastin was released on $1,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Oct. 17.

Woman Charged Following Property Dispute

Michele Kenny, 39, of Southbury, was charged with interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct on Tuesday, Oct. 2 at approximately 8:30 a.m.

According to police, officers were dispatched to an altercation regarding a property dispute. After a brief investigation Kenny was then taken into custody.

Kenny was released on 2,500 bond and was scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Oct. 3.
