Women Charged With Larceny at K-Mart, Southbury Man Charged With DUI

The following arrest information was supplied by the Southbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Tina Norman, 53, of New Haven, and Joanne Norman, 30, of New Haven, were charged with fourth-degree larceny and fourth-degree conspiracy to commit larceny on Dec. 28 at approximately 2:30 p.m.

According to police, the two women turned themselves in at the Southbury Police Department after learning of warrants for their arrest for incidents that occurred at K-Mart in the Southbury Plaza between May 5 – Jul. 9.

Both women were released on $2,500 non-surety bond and are scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 9.

Nikolas Hussey, 24, of Southbury, was charged with DUI and failure to drive in the proper lane on Dec. 29 at approximately 2:31 a.m. after Southbury Police observed him driving erratically on Route 67 near I-84.

Hussey was released on $1,500 surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 9.
