Does Southbury Have a Hoarding Problem?

The First Selectman wants to create a task force to study the issue.

Last month a Cheshire resident died when the first floor of her house collapsed on top of her as a result of rampant hoarding. It was a struggle for emergency responders to safely reach the woman.
