Southbury Animal Control Rescues Two Ducklings

Let’s hear it for the Southbury Animal Control as they were able to rescue two ducklings from a catch basin on Wednesday on the Luna Trail Extension, the Waterbury Republican-American reports. 

Neighbors alerted Animal Control on Tuesday as they heard them chirping, the Republican-American reports. 

The story has a somewhat sad ending as five ducklings were found dead in the catch basin, but the two that were rescued are doing well, reporter Chris Gardner reports.
