November 13 Tuesday Evening 6:30 to 7:45 meeting in 'Kingsley A'
We sit tall on regular chairs and experience the power of breathing to lift our spirits or calm are worries. Although it's possible to teach yourself at home with a book
it's easier and requires less discipline to learn in a group.
