Prose Writing for Teens with Steve Parlato

Local author and English instructor Steve Parlato is back with a two-part class on writing prose.

For students entering grades 5-12.

Registration is required.

Steve Parlato, a writer and college English instructor, lives in CT with his wife and two children.  His poetry appears in numerous publications including The     Connecticut River Review, Freshwater: a Canadian  anthology, Rhyme & Reason; volume 5, of MARGIE: The American Journal of Poetry, Borderlands; Texas Poetry Review, and the online journal, Pirene’s     Fountain.  He has been nominated for several awards.  His YA novel won a 2011 Tassy Walden Award for new voices in Children’s Literature.
