Moms Talk: End of the School Year Rituals

Our question of the week is in honor of the end of the school year.

It's usually an exciting time of students as they are about to embark on the last day of school and for many of them graduation tonight and moving up tomorrow.

In honor of that, our question of the week is "Do you or your children have any end-of-the-school-year rituals? What is your most fond memory of this time of year?"

SLEEP! We can't wait to sleep past 5:30am tomorrow morning.

Growing up in an apartment house in New York, grass, meadows, farms, etc., were non-existent. As soon as school was over the family jumped into our car and drove to a rented cottage in "the country." Those summer trips were some of my best childhood memories and always connected to the last day of the school year.
