Region 15 has issued an early dismissal for today, Wednesday, Nov. 7, due to impending inclement weather.
The storm, which is expected to bring high winds and a mix of rain and snow, will be entering the area this afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.
There will be no PM-Kindergarten in Region 15.
Meanwhile, the state's utilities—coming on the heels for a massive recovery effort from Sandy—say they are prepared for this nor'easter.
