'Reading the Forested Landscape' Exploration

New England ecologist, author and professor Tom Wessels will present "Reading the Forested Landscape," an exploration along the Pomperaugh River 8:30 a.m.-12:30p.m. Saturday, Aug. 21. The event is co-sponsored by and    Check-in is 8 a.m. with refreshments provided. The program is open to ages 14 and up. Registration is required.

The program begins in the barn at Audubon; the remainder will be on the trail – rain or shine. Comfortable shoes/clothing and water are necessary. Park in the visitor parking lot on East Flat Hill Road and walk to the Barn.

The cost is $15 for PRWC and Audubon BOTR members; $20 for non-members. Seating is limited.
