"Taking Flight With Kristi " An In Depth Look At Arm Balances

A 2 hour vinyasa yoga style workshop focusing on how to find our way together into flight with forearm balances. A combination of core sequences and breaking down of specific postures including crow, side crow, dragonfly, and flying eagle. It will be a fun non- indimidating class that builds confidence, personal ,physical strength. All levels are welcome!
