Southbury's Thanksgiving Week Forecast

Tuesday Night: The forecast calls for a 90-percent chance of rain. Precipitation could be heavy at times. One to two inches of rain is possible. By 5 a.m. Wednesday, the NWS is forecasting the temperature rising to around 46 degrees.

Winds could gust as high as 39 mph.

Wednesday: Rain is forecast to fall before noon, with showers predicted after noon. There's a 100-percent chance of precipitation and one to two inches of rain may fall.

Wednesday will be windy, with gusts potentially reaching 39 mph. The temperature is predicted at a high of 56 degrees.

Wednesday Night: The NWS is predicting a 40-percent chance of rain and snow overnight. Temperatures will fall to around 24 degrees and winds may gust as high as 32 mph. 

Thanksgiving Day: 
No precipitation in the forecast for Thanksgiving Day. The NWS forecast calls for a sunny day and a temperature of around 31 degrees.

Thanksgiving Night: The night will be mostly clear, with a low of around 19 degrees.

Friday: The NWS is calling for a sunny day, with a high near 33 degrees.
