The Southbury Public Library, 100 Poverty Road, Southbury, hosts "Art in the Afternoon: White on Black Chalk Landscape drawing" for students in grades 5-8 at 4 p.m.
Tuesday, December 17
Admissions counselor and college expert Jessica Brando will offer an online webinar for parents on how to help students prepare for the SAT and ACT tests at 7 p.m. The webinar is free, but registration is required.
Wednesday, December 18
The Southbury Public Library will hold an American Red Cross Blood Drive from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday, December 19
Author and radio host Garrison Leykam will discuss his book, "Classic Diners of Connecticut," at the Woodbury Public Library at 6:30 p.m.
