100% Were impressed
The Laurel Diner has been in operation since 1941, and presently serves breakfast and lunch. Its menu is written in chalk on a slate wall, and the counter stools are original. The diner has the feel of a time long gone by, and some customers have been regulars for more than 30 years. The must-try is its corned beef hash, which it makes fresh on premises. The prices are reasonable and the owner still does the cooking most of the time. Step in, sit down -- you'll think you've traveled back in time!

I couldn't disagree more with the comment about service! Have always had extremely prompt andRead More respectful service, and not just from the lovely Stephanie, but from all - even a quick chocolate milk for a little kid during very busy Sunday brunch. Go back!

Candlou, I am happy that you are pleased with the service( which is very important). I don't blameRead More you for going there for the food! David Letterman enjoys it, Tiger Woods caddy enjoys it, all the locals and new families as well. Pete is seriously no joke working that grill..... Hope to see you soon! -Stephanie
