Southbury Editor Christopher Duray graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2010 with a BA in Journalism and English. There, he was the editor in chief of the student paper: The Daily Campus. This is his first job in journalism, but he has completed two internships at The Hartford Courant.
Chris is a long-time resident of Connecticut. He has lived in New Canaan since pre-school, barring a five year period when he moved to Surrey, England.
He has an older brother working in New York, and a younger sister who lives with his parents in Tokyo.
His favorite author is Kurt Vonnegut, and as of this writing has been listening to a lot of Talking Heads. As a six-foot-two redhead, Chris should be easy to pick out on the streets of Southbury; please feel free to give him feedback and tips.
