Man Charged After Leaving Threatening Voicemail

Thomas Winters, 44, of Cheshire, was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening on July 21 at approximately 4:33 p.m.

According to police, Winters was arrested after he left a threatening voicemail on a Southbury woman’s phone.

Winters was released on $5,000 surety-bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on July 22.
